Terrible customer service total corporate run a round. 86642**** leeann Dominick

Purchased complete out door dinning set ,first no hardware and when opened box one chair bent. Trying to get a clear answer on what you should do in this situation is zero. 650 dollar purchase and all you get is passed from person to person with no clear path to a solution. I only have one chair that is damaged out of six , so they want me to return four chairs to a carrier without replacements or receipt . I am confused why cant I return the one chair for one chair in return at store level. Yourwholeprocessiswaitedonphonefinadequate.screwedup.Yocomplicatematter

How to fill with bird seed

I have Garden Treasures bird feeder item #0417118, Model #DX111393. There is no way to fill this feeder with seed. I even took it to a specialized bird store and they could not figure it out, either. This feeder was given to me as a Christmas gift. I would like to know how to use it.

Screw off the top piece that has the hanging ring attached to it. Then take off the remaining top piece which then makes it possible to fill it.

Fading and dry rot

My canopy fabric had to be stitched at every place that gets a rod. All of those places were dry rotted after 6 moths, and tore. I had to sew patches at every one of them. It also faded really bad. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS GAZEBO!

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

PURCHASED A GARDEN TREASURES WOOD BURNING TILED FIRE PIT AT LOWES. AFTER WE BUILD ENTIRE FIRE PIT WE REALIZED FIRE PIT IS SUPPOSED TO BRING 4 CERAMIC TILES AND 2 OF THE TILES WERE MISSING AND THE REMAINING 2 TILES THAT WERE IN THE BOX WERE CRACKED. AT THIS POINT IT WAS TOO LATE TO RETURN FIRE PIT CONSIDERING WE HAD ALREADY BUILT IT. I PURCHASED FIRE PIT 8/15/20 AND HAVE BEEN CALLING CUSTOMER SERVICE SINCE THAT DATE AND HAVE ONLY BEEN ABLE TO SPEAK TO A CUSTOMER SERVICE REP ONE TIME TO BE TOLD THAT THE SYSTEM WAS DOWN AND TO TRY BACK. EACH TIME I CALL I AM ON HOLD FOR AN HOUR WITH NO ANSWER. ALL I WANT IS MY REPLACEMENT TILES. WILL NEVER PURCHASE A GARDEN TREASURES ITEM AGAIN.

unboxed fire pit upon arriving home. fire bowl is missing from the fire pit. heavy item so trying to have Garden Treasures ship a fire bowl so I do not have to load up item and return to store for a refund

Product will not take outside. weather well.

As I was putting together my outdoor swing model #GCS00229C, I thought the awning fabric was too flimsy. It does not drain well and the additional weight of water causes the structure to be unsound. A puff of wind twisted canopy and I now need new attachment parts. It was purchased in March. I think it should at least survive a summer.

User's recommendation: Only use in sheltered areas.

No response from lowes

Bought table top patio heater at Lowes. Left in unopened box in garage. Finally open and assembled. Doesnt work. NO ONE can help. Store says we dont carry this anymore. Anything over 30 days tough luck. Lowes customer Serv said they will call still waiting. No idea who manuf is

Ripped canopy

I have been trying to contact garden treasures for over a month. I was calling number given to me by lowes. I even left number for return call due to high call volume because of covid. I bought item 804801 on 6-25 19. I hadnt even had it a year and my canopy has just torn to pieces. It has no trees around it. I would like to order new canopy at least a reduced price. Is this a possibility. I'm not mad, just frustrated. Need assistance please!

I need replacement springs and canopy screws (because I lost them). I was referred to COCAM to obtain replacement parts. After 3 emails, 2 voice mails and submittal of a replacement parts form, I still have not had any response from COCAM. I can't even find the measurements of these items to buy them elsewhere.

Happy with product. Question on warranty coverage.

Purchase a Garden Treasures Valleydale coffee table from Lowes in 5/24/20. Easy to put together, looks good, good quality. On the box it came in indicates that theres a 3 year limited warranty on the frame. However, on the enclosed instructions it states that there is only a 1 year limited warranty on the frame. Which is it??

We purchased four Garden Treasure Spring Motion Patio Chairs. Within one year, all four cushions on two of the chairs turned pale pink from the sun, while the cushions on the identical chairs remained bright red. Photos attached. In the past year, I have been to Lowes 3 times for contact info for Garden Treasure or to get help in replacing the cushions that faded, but they were of no help. I need replacements for these cushions. Obviously the ones that faded were not UV treated.

User's recommendation: Garden Treasure doesn't have a customer relations department available to help with anything. Purchase another brand.

I also had a problem with a warrantied product and had my receipt! Lowes did not list the manufacturer and when I located it after many calls to customer care...I was 6 days outside the warranty and they blamed me! Lowes hides info and Garden Treasures does not advertise their info or products correctly to allow customers to exercise any warrenty.
