I have a Garden Treasure patio heater that I have had for 1 1/2 years I used it last winter for the first time and when I tried to use it this year the pilot light will not stay lit. I went to the trouble shooting section of the manual and did 2 out of 3 solutions Number 3 was to replace the thermocouple .

I then call the company to try and order a thermocouple and the lady says that the only 3 parts they sell for the heater are the hod, wheels or a hardware pack. I then ask the lady where I can buy one and she says they are the sole supplier of parts for this heater and that they do not sell the thermocouple and that the heter is virtually useless.

I removed the thermocouple and tried find one at a plumbing supply company and they say they have never seen one like it and didn't have any idea where I could buy one/. Lowes says they have no parts for the heater that I should call the companY so here I am going in a vicious circle with no solution in sight.

Reason of review: No parts available .

Monetary Loss: $149.
