Garden Treasures Classics - Missing Parts-- Garden treasures
When putting together a Cushioned Ottoman (model FCS60427F) for my daughter I discovered two of the 8 supplied bolts/washers were missing. Called the customer service number and was informed that the Ottoman bought at Lowes was out of stock and I could return it and wait until next season for a replacement.
When I informed the customer service rep that all I wanted was two missing bolts I was told that the bolts came in a pack and they did not have any to give me and would not have until next season. When I suggested that I would put the Ottoman together with the 6 bolts that I had and that she take my name and address and send me the missing bolts when they were available; her comment was that if I was willing to wait until next year for the bolts then I really did not need them to which I replied that was a BS answer.
My solution, I will go to HOME DEPOT and get the two bolts/washers that are missing and not shop at Lowes again. Bill Fish
