Mine is three years old and would be fine if wasps didn't put *** in it. I'm trying to find out if the 819R is the same size canopy as the 819C.

41.5 x 23.25 brown wicker coffee table
We purchased the brown wicker coffee table a couple years ago at our local Lowe's store (they no longer carry this table). 1/2 way thru last summer the wicker all around the glass top started to come apart. We store all our patio furniture away for the winters. We took it out this spring and it's a mess! So disappointed and would love another coffee table however I feel we should not have to purchase another one due the defect of the table. Loved this table and would love to give it one more try as we have the loveseat and single chairs to go with it. I have attached photos for your viewing. Looking forward to hearing from you. Loose weaving on chair
We purchased a set of 4 chairs info Item # 840858 Model # MW-7639-4PK. We assembled the chairs and before we even had a chance to use them we noticed one of the chairs has some loose weaving material. We looked on the underside of it and it does not appear it was ever attached or secured to anything. We worry that it will propagate into further damage. This set was a fairly major investment for us and so this anomaly is upsetting and unacceptable. I just don't know how it can be repaired as it was manufactured this way. I have attached a photo. Missing parts for my hammock stand
On 8-24-19 we bought a garden treasures hammock stand model TP301-R , we bought several items so we rented a pick up truck to transport items home. as I was opening the box it looks like it had been opened before, after opening it I quickly noticed it was not complete, the entire hardware package was missing, Brackets, S-hooks, bolts and directions are not there, this item is too large to fit in my car for a return. Is there anything you can do for me ? thank you Rich

Frustrated and extremely disapointed.
Purchased arbington 4 pc. conversation set on 7-4-19. This was considerably more money than I would have like to spend but it appeared the furniture was of good quality and I bought it. The table and couch went together with little problems but the rockers were bored in properly and more than an inch off. Tried to return at Lowe's but there were no more in stock. A Lowe's technician had to re bore holes and now the screws and holes are stripped and the screws stick out 1/4 inch which of course will rip the cushions unless taped. With the amount of money I paid for this set, the frustration and disappointment of not being able to put them together and using them on a 4th of July weekend is not acceptable. I have the receipt for the set and am asking for replacement of 2 rocking chairs although I would prefer to return the whole set for a refund. This furniture is extremely disappointing. Please respond ASAP

Replacement Parts
I have Garden Treasures patio furniture that I purchase 3 years ago from Lowes. The chairs bumper or gliders (round and oval) is worn where the chair is on the metal frame and not the bumpers or gliders. I tried getting them thru Lowes but got nowhere. Please, where can I get them?

Broken swivel chair
I need you to replace a broken swivel rocking chair ,the welds broke and I fell while setting in it. the top is good just need the complete bottom where the chair bolts on to the swivel bottom. I can send pictures if needed. thank you Ron Hensley 301748****

Poor work
I bought from Lowes a 2 seat swing model gssoo133c . I started to put the swing to gather noticed some part not fitting right and had difficult time the log hood rod is short making the adjustable not seating correctly the seat support bars had to be bent so the hooks could be used the back rest to short had to use force to get it to fit right and one screw hole on seat for support had to force it to get screw in

I have been back to Lowe's on three separate occasions and provided all of this information each time to a different store employee. Each time they tried looking up the "special order" item we purchased on-line and it can no longer be found.
Additionally, and even more disturbing, the company "Garden Treasures" cannot be located. They have tried calling the customer service department and to no avail. How can a company just not "exist"?
How does Lowe's procure their inventory from a phantom company?? LOL I think this needs to be reported to the Better Business Bureau if it hasn't already.
